Project WISE – Women’s Financial Foundations TA Fund Application

The Women’s Financial Foundations Technical Assistance (TA) Fund (Project WISE) provides targeted financial support to women entrepreneurs—especially those who are bilingual, immigrant, and culturally diverse—who are looking to strengthen their business financial systems. 

Through this program, participants will receive access to selected support services based on their individual needs, which may include: 

  • One-on-one financial and bookkeeping support  
  • Access to tax preparation and budgeting guidance  
  • Credit building or repair support  
  • Pricing and revenue modeling for their business  
  • Limited access to CPA or financial advisor hours  

This is a short-term, high-impact program designed to help entrepreneurs build strong financial foundations and prepare for long-term growth.

Program Expectations


Project WISE is a targeted technical assistance program. Participants will receive approximately 5–8 hours of one-on-one financial support, depending on their needs.

Participants are expected to: •Attend scheduled sessions with advisors or consultants •Actively participate in financial setup and implementation •Complete any required documentation (bookkeeping, tax prep, etc.)
