Established in 1993, Neighborhood Development Center is a community -based non-profit organization whose mission is to empower entrepreneurs and community partners to transform low-income neighborhoods from within.
NDC Credit Builder Financial Empowerment Program is not just about build and rebuild your credit history. The program offers financial education and coaching to financially empower entrepreneurs. Benefits of NDC Credit UP! Program:

One-on-one financial coaching
Process uses soft credit inquiry that will not hurt your credit score
Participants receive a copy of their credit report
No application fee

Requirements to participate:

Be a current or former NDC client (Training, Technical Assistance, Tenant, or Borrower)
Complete a free Financial Education Course as part of program, provided by NDC partner organization Model Cities (includes two 90-minute sessions)
Have a personal or business checking bank account
Have an income (can include self-employment and/or public assistance)
